Līderības rīka "Leadership Card Deck" izstrāde / Development and Testing of the Innovative Leadership Card Deck

(LV) Viens no projekta galvenajiem rezultātiem ir "Leadership Card Deck" – praktisks kāršu komplekts līderības prasmju attīstībai. Šobrīd norit rīka satura izstrāde, dizaina pielāgošana un tulkošana trīs valodās (latviešu, angļu, čehu). Rīks ir izstrādāts tā, lai tas būtu saistošs gan jauniešiem, gan pieaugušajiem, veicinot paaudžu dialogu un iekļaujošu mācīšanos.

(ENG)  One of the key outcomes of the project is the "Leadership Card Deck" – a practical tool for developing leadership skills. We are currently working on content creation, design adaptation, and translation into three languages (Latvian, English, Czech). The tool is designed to engage both youth and adults, fostering intergenerational dialogue and inclusive learning.
