(LV) Līderība veidojas ikdienā — tajā, kā cilvēks izprot sevi, pieņem lēmumus, uzņemas atbildību un sadarbojas ar citiem. Erasmus+ projekta Leadership Quest ietvaros izstrādājām praktisku rīku, kas palīdz jauniešiem un pieaugušajiem attīstīt līderības prasmes.
Kārtis paredzētas jauniešiem kā arī jauniešu fasilitatoriem un jauniešiem ar mazāk iespējām un romu jauniešiem. Tās var izmantot arī jaunatnes darbinieki, pedagogi un nevalstisko organizāciju pārstāvji darbā ar jauniešiem un kopienām.
Rīku var izmantot individuāli un grupās, skolās, jauniešu centros un kopienu aktivitātēs. Kāršu uzdevumi rosina apzināties savas vērtības un līderības potenciālu, izvirzīt mērķus, uzņemties atbildību, sadarboties un domāt iekļaujoši. Pieaugušajiem tās sniedz praktisku resursu, lai atbalstītu jauniešu mācīšanos un darbotos kā zinoši mentori.
Kāršu satura izstrādi vadīja Impulss Latvia ekspertu komanda, sadarbojoties ar starptautiski sertificētiem treneriem un koučiem. Partnerorganizācijas MB Connecting Dots Lietuvā un Blízký soused Čehijā, kā arī jauniešu fasilitatori iesaistījās koprades un pilotēšanas procesā. Viņi izmēģināja kārtis un sniedza atgriezenisko saiti, lai rīku pilnveidotu un pielāgotu dažādu kopienu vajadzībām. Materiāla izvērtēšanā iesaistījās arī starptautiskie eksperti un pedagogi.
Katrā kārtī iekļauti vizuāli simboli, virzošie jautājumi un praktiski uzdevumi. Pašvadīti uzdevumi, refleksijas vingrinājumi un grupu aktivitātes aicina pētīt vērtības, lēmumu pieņemšanu, komandas darbu un noturību.
Projektā bija paredzēts līderības kārtis izmēģināt vismaz 150 jauniešiem sešās pilotdarbnīcās. Kārtis jau tiek izmantotas arī skolu darbnīcās un partnerorganizāciju darbā ar jauniešiem. Tāpēc rīka sasniedzamība šobrīd ir ievērojami plašāka par sākotnēji plānoto.
Projekta ietvaros izgatavoti gan drukāti kāršu komplekti — gan digitālā rīka versija, kas pieejama četrās valodās. Kārtis papildina īsi mācību video ar subtitriem angļu un partneru valodās (lietuviešu un čehu). Drukātā tirāža ir pieejama skolām un organizācijām, bet digitālā versija un video — sadaļā Resursi.
Impulss Latvia veido daudzveidīgas darbnīcas dažādām mērķgrupām, kurās līderības kārtis ir mācīšanās procesa pamatā. To vidū ir STEM darbnīcas, kas rīku ienes skolās darbā gan ar skolēniem, gan pedagogiem.
Lietuvas partneris MB Connecting Dots kārtis izmanto darbā ar jauniešiem, studentiem un imigrantu jauniešiem, tostarp skolās un augstskolās. Čehijas partneris Blízký soused tās izmanto darbā ar romu jauniešiem un savas organizācijas ikdienas darbā.
Kāršu komplekts, digitālā versija un mācību video ir projekta rezultāti, kas pieejami arī pēc projekta aktivitāšu noslēguma. Partnerorganizācijas tos integrē ikdienas darbā un var pielāgot dažādu vecuma grupu, izglītības vides un kopienu vajadzībām. Rīks stiprina partneru spēju izmantot inovatīvas metodes jaunatnes darbā, veicina jauniešu līderības prasmju attīstību un līdzdalību, kā arī atbalsta iekļaušanu un starppaaudžu mācīšanos.
Leadership Card Deck Development
(ENG) Leadership is shaped in everyday life—in how we understand ourselves, make decisions, take responsibility and work with others. Through the Erasmus+ project Leadership Quest, we developed a practical tool to help young people and adults develop their leadership skills.
The cards are designed for young people, particularly young people with fewer opportunities, including Roma young people, as well as youth facilitators. Youth workers, educators and representatives of non-governmental organisations can also use them in their work with young people and communities.
The deck can be used individually or in groups, in schools, youth centres and community activities. The activities encourage participants to recognise their values and leadership potential, set goals, take responsibility, collaborate and think inclusively. For adults, the cards offer a practical resource to support young people’s learning and act as effective mentors.
The Impulss Latvia expert team led the development of the card content, working with internationally certified trainers and coaches. The partner organisations MB Connecting Dots in Lithuania and Blízký soused in Czechia, together with youth facilitators, took part in co-creation and piloting. They tried out the cards and shared feedback to help refine the tool and adapt it to the needs of different communities. International experts and educators also contributed to reviewing the materials.
Each card includes visual symbols, guiding questions and practical tasks. Self-directed activities, reflection exercises and group work invite participants to explore values, decision-making, teamwork and resilience.
The project aimed to test the Leadership Card Deck with at least 150 young people through six pilot workshops. The cards are now also used in school workshops and in the partner organisations’ work with young people. Their reach has therefore grown considerably beyond the original plan.
The project produced printed card decks and a digital version of the tool, available in four languages. The cards are accompanied by short instructional videos with subtitles in English, Lithuanian and Czech. Printed decks are available to schools and organisations, while the digital version and videos can be found in the Resources section.
Impulss Latvia runs workshops for different target groups, with the Leadership Card Deck at the centre of the learning process. These include a STEM workshops that brings the tool into schools for both students and educators.
The Lithuanian partner MB Connecting Dots uses the cards with young people, students and young people from immigrant communities, including in schools and higher education. The Czech partner Blízký soused uses them in its work with Roma young people and as part of the organisation’s day-to-day practice.
The card deck, digital version and instructional videos are project results that remain available beyond the project activities. Partner organisations are incorporating them into their ongoing work and adapting them to different age groups, educational settings and community needs. The tool strengthens partners’ capacity to use innovative approaches in youth work, supports the development of young people’s leadership skills and participation, and promotes inclusion and intergenerational learning.
