Vietējās līderības darbnīcas jauniešiem un speciālistiem / Local Leadership Workshops for Youth and Specialists

(LV) Esam uzsākuši vietējo darbnīcu ciklu Latvijā, Čehijā un Lietuvā, sniedzot iespēju kopumā 95 dalībniekiem praktiski apgūt līderību. Izmantojot "Territory Mapping" metodi un līderības kārtis, dalībnieki stiprina savu pašapziņu, lēmumu pieņemšanas prasmes un spēju sadarboties. Čehijā īpašs uzsvars tiek likts uz mazaizsargāto grupu un romu jauniešu iekļaušanu.

(ENG)  We have launched a series of local workshops in Latvia, Czechia, and Lithuania, providing a total of 95 participants with the opportunity to master leadership skills. Using the Territory Mapping method and Leadership Cards, participants strengthen their self-awareness, decision-making, and collaboration skills. In Czechia, a special focus is placed on the inclusion of disadvantaged groups and Roma youth.
